The carpentry table

We love building on our new carpentry table and using the tools -  to hammer, saw and measure. "Builders work is very hard work" said Olly.

Here are the rules we wrote together to share with the other classes.

Kowhai class carpentry table rules:

1. Wear covered shoes to keep your feet safe from nails.

2. Wear safety glasses to stop the wood going in your eyes.

  

3. Four children can build at one time 

4. When the bell rings tidy up all the tools.
